Strengths

Weaknesses
• Of the total 10 leases, 5 leases account for about 92% of the total revenues. This reflects
high dependency on a small number of leases.
Opportunities
• Line 3 of Hyderabad Metro Rail (“HMR”) is planned near to the subject property. On
completion (expected by end of 2015), the subject property is expected to get faster and
increased connectivity with the other parts of the city.
