3 Tenant Mix
The tenants in The V are major IT and BPO firms along with some finance companies. Some of the major companies in
The V are AT&T, Diebold, Teradata, Aricent, Electronic Arts and Avaya.
4 Development Performance
The IT Park sits on 19 acres of land with a total area of approximately 1.3 million sq ft spread over five commercial office
buildings/blocks (Mariner, Auriga, Orion, Capella and Vega). Apart from the office spaces, these buildings also have
