Green Building Certification
We target to achieve U.S. Green Building
Council (“USGBC”) Leadership in Energy &
Environmental Design (“LEED”) Gold certification
for all of our new buildings. LEED is a green
building certification program that recognises
best-in-class building strategies and practices.
To receive LEED certification, building projects
satisfy prerequisites and earn points to achieve
different levels of certification.
In FY14/15, we are pleased to have been
awarded the LEED Platinum certification for
the Zenith building at International Tech Park
Chennai, bringing the number of LEED certified
buildings in our portfolio to five in total.
