Code of ethics and conduct
As an externally managed business trust, a-iTrust has no
employees, and is managed by Ascendas Property Fund
Trustee Pte. Ltd. (“Trustee-Manager”), which is based
in Singapore. The properties in India are managed on
the ground by Ascendas Services (India) Private Limited
(“Property Manager”). All references to employees refer to
the staff of theTrustee-Manager and/or Property Manager.
The employees of both theTrustee-Manager and Property
Manager are committed to complying with Ascendas
Group’s Code of Ethics and Conduct. This ensures that
employees exhibit high standards of discipline and integrity
when conducting offcial duties on behalf of theTrust.
Corporate governance
We believe in establishing a strong and effective
corporate governance culture to protect the interests of
our unitholders. In recognition of our efforts to enhance
transparency and corporate governance, we were proud to
receive the Merit award at the 2013 Singapore Corporate
Governance Award for the second year in a row.
