Mr Ng Eng Leng

Mr Ng Eng Leng, 49, is a member of
the Audit Committee.
Mr Ng is a Partner with Rodyk &
Davidson LLP. He specialises in
mergers and acquisitions and his
main areas of practice encompass
domestic, regional and cross-border
private and public takeovers, mergers
and acquisitions and corporate
commercial work, corporate fnance,
corporate restructurings, securities
law, private equity and general
corporate law.
Mr Ng's work in public and
private mergers and acquisitions
and corporate and commercial
transactions include acting for both
the sell-side and the buy-side (bilateral
as well as by way of auction), and
he advises on and is active in joint
ventures, solvent and insolvent
corporate restructurings, schemes
of arrangement, investments,
shareholder arrangements, and listed
companies work. He is also frequently
consulted on corporate and
commercial strategies relating to
such transactions.
Mr Ng graduated from the National
University of Singapore in 1989. He
was admitted as an Advocate and
Solicitor in Singapore in 1990 and in
West Malaysia in 1992. He was also
admitted to the Roll of Solicitors of
England &Wales in 2001.

Mr Khiatani Manohar Ramesh

Mr Khiatani Manohar Ramesh, 54,
is a member of the Investment
Committee, Nominating Committee
and Human Resource and
Remuneration Committee.
Mr Khiatani is the President
and Group CEO of Ascendas, a
leading provider of business space
solutions in Asia with Assets under
Management exceeding US$10 billion.
From its base in Singapore, Ascendas
has developed a strong regional
footprint, serving a global clientele of
over 2,400 customers across Asia.
Mr Khiatani was previously the Chief
Executive Offcer of JTC Corporation
(JTC), the Singapore Government’s
lead agency to plan, promote and
develop industrial infrastructure and
facilities. At JTC, Mr Khiatani played a
key role in developing specialized and
integrated infrastructure solutions for
various industrial sectors.
Prior to joining JTC, Mr Khiatani was
the Deputy Managing Director at the
Singapore Economic Development
Board (EDB). Mr Khiatani joined the
EDB in 1986 where he played an
instrumental role in the development
and transformation of important
sectors in Singapore’s economy such
as electronics, transport engineering,
precision engineering, logistics,
infocomms and media, and clean
technology. He was also in charge of
the EDB’s operations in the Americas
and Europe.
Between 1994 and 1999, Mr Khiatani
was the Managing Director of
Preussag SEA, a diversifed German
conglomerate, where he was
responsible for developing the group’s
business in South-East Asia. In 1999,
Mr Khiatani returned to the Singapore
Economic Development Board (EDB).
Mr Khiatani holds a Masters Degree
(Naval Architecture) from the
University of Hamburg, Germany.
He also attended the Advanced
Management Program at the Harvard
Business School in 2006.

Mr JonathanYap NengTong

Mr Yap, 46, is the CEO of theTrustee-
Manager and a member of the
Investment Committee.
Mr Yap has been with Ascendas
Group since 2004 and is CEO
India overseeing Ascendas' India
businesses. He is also Ascendas'
Group Assistant CEO, Funds,
overseeing its existing non- Singapore
focused funds and the development
of its fund management business.
Mr Yap was previously CEO, India
Operations while also managing
a-iTrust when it was a private fund,
then known as Ascendas India IT
ParksTrust.
Prior to that, he was with the
Australian Stock Exchange listed Lend
Lease Corporation since 1997 and
his last held position was Investment
Director of its Asian real estate
investment business and concurrently,
Deputy Fund Manager of Asia Pacifc
Investment Company I and II (private
funds focusing on Asian real estate).
From 1992 to 1997, Mr Yap was with
Tan Chong Realty Pte Ltd (the real
estate arm of the Hong Kong Stock
Exchange-listedTan Chong Group) and
the Inland Revenue Authority
of Singapore.
Mr Yap holds a Bachelor of Science
in Estate Management (Honours)
degree and a Masters of Science
in Project Management from the
National University of Singapore.
