Mr Rakesh Kumar Aggarwal

Mr Rakesh Aggarwal, 61,
is a member of the
Investment Committee.
Mr Aggarwal started his banking
career with Citibank in India in
1975. After several domestic and
international assignments, Mr
Aggarwal served as Regional Risk
Asset Reviewer in the Asia Pacifc
group, Singapore responsible for
assessing risk exposures at different
Citigroup entities based in Japan,
South Korea, Australia, New Zealand,
Singapore and India.
Following his years with Citibank,
Mr Aggarwal joined Union Bank of
Switzerland ("UBS"), Singapore in
1990, and became the Chairman of
East Asia Credit Committee, where
he managed all counter-party risks in
the Asian region. He was also
involved in corporate and structured
fnance, initial public offering
underwriting, direct investments and
other functions as Director of UBS
(East Asia) Ltd, Singapore.
Mr Aggarwal serves as an
independent Director on various
Boards of Directors. In the past
10 years, he has been involved in
promoting and managing new private
enterprises in Singapore, India, USA
and Australia, principally in industries
such as media, technology and
building materials.
Mr Aggarwal holds a Master of
Business Administration degree from
the Indian Institute of Management,
Ahmedabad, India and a Bachelor of
Technology (Mechanical Engineering)
from the Indian Institute of
Technology, New Delhi, India.

Mr Mohandas Pai, 55, is a member

Mr Pai is currently the Chairman of
the board of directors of Manipal
Global Education Private Limited,
a Global Education Services
Corporation and Advisor to the
Manipal Education and Medical
Group. Prior to this, Mr Pai was a
Director of the board of directors of
Infosys Limited, Bangalore and Head
of Human Resources; Education
and Research; Administration,
Infrastructure and Facilities; and
Infosys Leadership Institute.
Earlier to this he was the CFO of
Infosys Limited.
Mr Pai was aTrustee of the
International Financial Reporting
Standards (IFRS) Foundation, the
body that oversees the International
Accounting Standards Board.
Mr Pai holds a Bachelor's degree
in Commerce from St. Joseph's
College of Commerce, Bangalore,
and a Bachelor's degree in law (LLB)
from Bangalore University. He is
also a fellow member of Institute of
Chartered Accountants of India.

Mr Girija Pande, 64, is a member
of the Investment Committee. Mr
Pande has spent over three decades
working in senior capacities in a large
global Bank-ANZ Grindlays Banking
Group andTata Consultancy Services
Ltd ("TCS") - Asia Pacifc, a global IT
company based in Singapore. Through
his many years of working in India &
Asia inTechnology & Banking, he has
acquired in depth knowledge of the
India market & the region.
Mr Pande spent the last ten years
withTCS, based in Singapore, his
last role being Chairman of TCS,
Asia Pacifc ("APAC"). TCS is one of
the largest global IT companies with
revenues of over $10 billion and
nearly 300,000 software associates
in over 45 countries. Mr Pande was
instrumental in setting upTCS' APAC
headquarters in Singapore in 2001
and as CEO, pioneered its business
growth in APAC & China from scratch,
building relationships with well-known
Western and Asian MNCs. Mr Pande
was awarded the Best CEO Award in
2010 by SHRI in Singapore.
Mr Pande serves as a Director on
many proft & non-proft Boards in
Singapore like NCSS & SINDA. He
is well known in India & Asia where
he served in RBI committees & in
Boards of Chambers of Commerce
in India & Singapore. Mr Pande
has recently co authored a book
published by JohnWiley (USA) on
growing commercial ties between
India & China titled “The Silk Road
Rediscovered-How Indian and
Chinese Companies Are Becoming
Globally Stronger byWinning in Each
Other’s Markets.”The book has a
foreword by Managing Director of
Brookings Institution, Bill Antholis.
