MAY 2012 International Tech Park Bangalore won the FIABCI Prix
d’ Excellence Award (Industrial Category).
Commenced construction of Aviator, a 601,360 sq ft
multi-tenanted IT building in Bangalore.
OCT 2012 a-iTrust awarded Merit winner under Singapore
Corporate Governance Award (REIT category), at the
Securities Investor Association of Singapore Investors’
Choice Awards 2012.
a-iTrust completed a private placement which raised
approximately S$100 million.
The Crest building at International Tech Park Chennai
was awarded the LEED Gold certifcation under the
Existing Buildings: Operations & Maintenance (2009
version) category. It is the frst multi-tenanted building in
India to be certifed LEED Gold under this new standard.
MAR 2013 a-iTrust invested approximately S$40 million in third
aVance Business Hub building (“aVance 3”).
