Thomas Teo
CEO, ASIPL
As CEO of ASIPL, Thomas manages Ascendas’ business in India, which includes the development and management of an IT
park portfolio across several key Indian cities, as well as its activities and expansion in this key market. Prior to this, Thomas was
the CEO of Ascendas Services Pte Ltd, the property management arm of Ascendas Pte Ltd, where he was responsible for asset
management, property & facilities management, lease and customer service management, and project management. He was
CEO of Ascendas Land from 2002 to 2008 looking after Ascendas’ Singapore real estate investment and development portfolio.
Thomas joined Technology Parks Ltd (which merged with JTC International to form Ascendas in 2001) in 1996 as Senior Manager
to head the Project Management division. He has over twenty years of working experience in companies including DBS Land
and OCBC Property Services. Thomas holds a Master of Science degree in Construction Management from the University of
Bath as well as professional memberships from the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (UK), Chartered Institute of Building
(UK) and the Association for Project Management (UK). He also completed the Advanced Management Programme at Berkerley-
Nanyang Business Schools.
Lee Fu Nyap

Fu Nyap rejoined the Ascendas Group in 2005, and is ACEO, India Operations. Fu Nyap has about twenty years of regional
real estate experience in valuation, investment, operation, development and portfolio asset management. Other than Ascendas
Group, he has worked with Keppel Land International Pte Ltd and Inland Revenue Authority of Singapore. Fu Nyap holds
a Bachelor of Science in Estate Management (Honours) from the National University of Singapore and a Masters degree in
Business Administration from Leicester University.

M R Pradeep Kumar
DEPUTY CITY HEAD
Pradeep joined Ascendas in July 2011 as Deputy City Head of Bangalore Operations and administers Ascendas’ operations in
the city. Prior to Ascendas, Pradeep was with CapitaMalls Asia Limited based in Bangalore. Pradeep has been associated with
the real estate industry for the last 19 years and has worked in Singapore, Indonesia and Hong Kong apart from India. Pradeep’s
work experiences cover business development, marketing, facilities and project management while working with Townland
Consultants Ltd, CPG Corporation Pvt Ltd and other prestigious companies in previous assignments. Pradeep has a Master
Degree in Architecture and he is also an MBA from Southern Illinois University, USA.
