    Redemption by the Trustee-Manager of a-iTrust of the additional units held by the original unitholders, including General Electric Capital Corporation's ("GECC") of 24,133,000 units, following the exercise in full of the over-allotment option as advised by the Trustee-Manager of a-iTrust.
