1. Pursuant to the issuance of 139,000,000 new units on the completion of a private placement on 9 October 2012, the total number of units in issue after the private placement is 911,547,156 units.

2. Issuance of 4,933,385 new units for the period from 29 July 2011 to 27 July 2012 to Ascendas Property Fund Trustee Pte Ltd, as Trustee-Manager of Ascendas India Trust, for payment of base management fee and performance fee.
