The change in the deemed interest was due to an increase in the total number of units issued by Ascendas India Trust as a result of cumulative issues of new units to Ascendas Property Fund Trustee Pte Ltd, as Trustee-Manager of a-iTrust, for payment of base and performance fee for the period from 1 July 2009 to 31 March 2011.

D. Pursuant to section 7 of the Singapore Companies Act, Cap. 50, JTC is deemed to be interested in the units held by Ascendas Land International Pte. Ltd. and Ascendas Property Fund Trustee Pte. Ltd.
