Pursuant to Rule 704(11) of the Listing Manual of the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited, Ascendas Property Fund Trustee Pte Ltd (the "Company"), being the trustee-manager of Ascendas India Trust ("a-iTrust"), confirms that it is not aware of any person occupying a managerial position in a-iTrust or the Company or in any of their principal subsidiaries who is a relative of a director, chief executive officer, substantial shareholder of the Company or substantial unitholder of a-iTrust.
