relationships with the Trustee-Manager, and independent from every substantial shareholder of the Trustee-Manager:

Manager. Mr Khiatani is the Deputy Group CEO of the Ascendas-Singbridge Group (ˇ°ASBˇ±). Ascendas-Singbridge
Pte. Ltd., the ultimate investment holding company of ASB, is a deemed controlling Unitholder of the Trust and the Trustee-
Manager is a wholly-owned subsidiary of ASB. Mr Dasgupta is the CEO of the Trustee-Manager.
