STATEMENT BY THE
TRUSTEE-MANAGER
For the Financial Year ended 31 March 2013
We, Chong Siak Ching and Jonathan Yap Neng Tong, being two of the directors of the Trustee-
Manager, do hereby state that, in the opinion of the directors,
(a) the accompanying balance sheet of the Trust and the consolidated financial statements of
the Group as set out on pages 61 to 115 are drawn up so as to give a true and fair view of
the state of affairs of the Group and of the Trust as at 31 March 2013, and of the results of the
business, changes in Unitholders’ funds and cash flows of the Group, for the financial year
then ended; and
(b) at the date of this statement, there are reasonable grounds to believe that the Trustee-
Manager will be able to fulfill out of the trust property of the Trust, the liabilities of the Trust as
and when they fall due.
