REPORT OF THE
TRUSTEE-MANAGER
For the Financial Year ended 31 March 2013
The directors of Ascendas Property Fund Trustee Pte.Ltd. as Trustee-Manager of Ascendas India
Trust (the “Trust” and Ascendas Property Fund Trustee Pte Ltd as Trustee-Manager of the Trust,
the “Trustee-Manager”) and its subsidiaries (together referred to as the “Group”), are pleased to
present their report to the Unitholders of the Trust together with the audited consolidated financial
statements of the Group for the financial year ended 31 March 2013 and the balance sheet of the
Trust as at 31 March 2013.
Directors
The directors of the Trustee-Manager in office at the date of this report are as follows:

Arrangements to enable directors to acquire units and debentures
Except as described in paragraph below, neither at the end of nor at any time during the financial
year was the Trustee-Manager a party to any arrangement where objective was to enable any or
all directors of the Trustee-Manager to acquire benefits by means of the acquisition of units in, or
debentures of, the Trust.
Directors’ interests in units and debentures
According to the register of directors’ unitholdings and for the purpose of Section 76 of the
Singapore Business Trusts Act, only those directors as shown below hold units in or debentures,
of the Trust:

There was no change in any of the above-mentioned interests in the Trust between the end of the
financial year and 21 April 2013.
Except as disclosed in this report, no director who held office at the end of the financial year had
interests in units, unit options, warrants or debentures of the Trust, or of related corporations,
either at the beginning of the financial year, or date of appointment if later, or at the end of the
financial year.
