Overview
a-iTrust is committed to open and proactive communications with Unitholders and the broader investment community. Material
information is released in a timely and comprehensive manner via the Singapore Exchange and a-iTrust’s corporate website to
help investors make investment decisions.
Investor Outreach
Analyst briefngs are conducted semi-annually in April and October for management to present a-iTrust’s fnancial performance,
strategy, and outlook. In between the second and fourth quarter, quarterly conference calls are arranged for analysts and
institutional investors to have an in-depth discussion of a-iTrust’s fnancial results with management.
Following the release of each quarter’s result, management undertakes a non-deal roadshow in Singapore to apprise existing
and potential unitholders of a-iTrust’s latest developments. In addition, management actively participates in broker-arranged
conferences and overseas non-deal roadshows to meet existing Unitholders and new investors. Management travelled to
Hong Kong, United States, United Kingdom, and Netherlands to meet investors during the fnancial year. Besides face-to face
meetings, management regularly hosts conference calls with local and overseas analysts and investors. In FY2011/12, a-iTrust
held over 130 meetings and conference calls with investors. Apart from such discussions, management also conducts site visits
for interested fund managers and analysts to its properties in India. These visits provide them with frst-hand insight into the daily
operations and overall quality of a-iTrust’s portfolio.
Research Coverage
Four brokerage frms cover a-iTrust as at end March 2012. Management maintains open channels of communication with
all analysts to keep them updated on a-iTrust’s developments. Management is committed to increase sell-side coverage by
proactively engaging analysts who have yet to cover a-iTrust.
Media
a-iTrust focuses on increasing its media exposure by ensuring all press releases are distributed in a timely fashion to key media
agencies, including print, online and broadcast medium, in Singapore and India. In addition, management maintains good
relationships with various media agencies and responds promptly to media requests for information or interviews.
